Another workout Wednesday! The knee struggles continue!

Current goals: 

  • Squat a plate by my birthday (mid September) (current PR: 95lbs ~43kg)
  • get weight back to pre-holiday weight (getting close!)

    Things I did:

    • Overhead pressed 50lbs! I'd been stuck at just the bar for a long time, and managed 3 decent reps at 50lbs. 
    • More rehab
    • dropped my daily calorie goal by 100 kcal
    • Started squatting again.... at 55lbs ~25kg :( My left knee is not cooperating at all. It's really hard to see which way my knee is pointing if I wear black pants, and even filming it doesn't seem to help much. It's very frustrating because letting my left knee collapse feels natural to me, and trying to correct it is very awkward.
    • 5 sets of 65lbs ~29.5kg on bench press! PR is 70lbs, and I've only ever been able to do 2 at a time.

    Things I hope to work on this week:

    • Keep up with the rehab, it seems to be helping.
    • Classic deadlift for the first time in two+ weeks
    • Practice Squat form forever.
    • Bench 75lbs and do a set of OHP at 55lbs.
