Workout Wednesdays, February 17th 2016

Current goals: 

  • Squat a plate by my birthday (mid September) (current PR: 95lbs ~43kg)
  • Short term: Bench 70lbs for 3 sets of 5, OHP 50lbs for 3 sets of 5.

    Things I did:

    • I managed my set of 5 at 70lbs on Monday. It went downhill from there, so next goal is 3 sets of 5 at 70lbs. I also moved my dumbbell row weight up to 35lbs and started doing chin ups again. So far I can do two in a row, but I can't let myself down all the way in between because of my shoulder
    • Made an appointment for PT, only to have them send me a bunch of papers to fill out about the wrong body part. I called and now I have to fill out some for my knee and some for my hip which feels fine.
    • Elliptical for half an hour doing their cross country program. Apparently the country I cross includes many hills.

      Things I hope to work on this week:

      • Get some answers at PT
      • Get those sets at bench and OHP
      • Stop falling off the wagon with those IT band exercises and stretches
