Current goals: 

+ Squat a plate by my birthday (mid September) (current PR: 95lbs ~43kg)
+ Run/walk a mile in under 10 minutes (current PR: 11 mins 31 seconds)
+ Long Term Goal: Run 5k in under half an hour.

Things I did:

+Tried 95lbs 3x3, failed on the last rep. Realized I need to spend less energy warming up before I get to my working set.
+ Tried 95lbs 3x3 a few days later and got it! I spent far less energy warming up and did 3,3,4,5!+ Picked up a 45lb/20kg plate from the lowest peg and put it on the bar at squat height, and pinched something in my wrist.
+ Started getting some pretty bad ankle pain after running. My ankles would start to get stiff later in the day and be horrible the next morning. The pain goes away with movement, so I think it might just be soreness from not using them like this before, but definitely something to keep an eye on.
+ OHPed 57.5 lbs!
+ Ran/walked 1.4 miles. My 1 mile today was 3 seconds slower than last.

Things I hope to work on this week:

+ I would love to Squat 100lbs!
+ I'm going to be at my MIL's for a few days, so I probably won't be able to work out much. There's a pull up bar there, as well as a bench but the lightest plates are too heavy for me still.
