Workout Wednesday, April 13th

Current goals: 

+ Squat a plate by my birthday (mid September) (current PR: 110lbs ~47.6kg)
+ Run/walk a mile in under 10 minutes (current PR: 11 mins 11 seconds)
+ Long Term Goal: Run 5k in under half an hour

      Things I did:

      + Squat 110bs, for 2, 105lbs 3x5
      + I don't think I can keep running on the days I squat, its really rough on my ankles and knees. Was it quite a bit of pain last week.
      + Did at least one, maybe two honesty to goodness chinups. (I say maybe two because I'm not sure I go all the way down between them.) Then I did more sets with my knee looped in a band to give me a bit of help.
      + More Deadlifts, they're still a mess (my back is flat, though, so at least I've got that going for me)

        Things I hope to work on this week:

        + Finding a good time to run. I don't want to do it the days I squat (so that's two days a week out) or the days before I squat (that's another two). Upper body days always take longer because I need to do a pull to go with the push, which only leaves me one day a week. That doesn't seem like enough.
