Current goals: 

+ Squat a plate by my birthday (mid September) (current PR: 110lbs ~50kg))
+ Run/walk a mile in under 10 minutes (current PR: 11 mins 11 seconds)
+ Long Term Goal: Run 5k in under half an hour

      Things I did:

      + Almost got hit by a dumbbell! I was looking at my phone, waiting my turn to OHP, when a sudden breeze near my face caught me by surprise. I look up, look behind me, and there's some guy doing lateral raises while walking around the gym!
      + I ran! one miles in 11:12 (one second longer than my fastest time!) but not too bad after not running for a while. Ankles felt OK the next day.
      + Starting doing leg raises in the Captain's Chair thing (I think it has like, three different names). Ab's weren't sore the next day despite being new to it, so I'm not sure I'm using it effectively?
      + Got my 3x3 Squat at 110lbs! But it might be a while before I progress any further.
      + It's weird to be talking on speaker phone in the locker room, right?
      + Tried font squats. They're weird, I can't breathe, and yet, I want to do more of them.
      + May have hurt myself deadlifting. I thought my form was fine, but I have pins and needles in my feet. I might be especially susceptible to this, but I haven't found a doctor who will give me a good answer yet :(

        Things I hope to work on this week:

        + Make some progress on Bench, probably in the form of an extra rep at 75lbs.
        + Come up with a plan for squats. I know that's not a lot of weight, but even at 110lbs, my form is getting funky and I don't see myself progressing for a while.
        + My deadlift form. Always work on deadlift form.

        1. I taught a ton of classes this past week at the gym. My goals have been increasing my leg weight in BODYPUMP, which is tough when they are so dead from teaching almost every day :)
