May the Fourth be with you!

Current goals: 

+ Squat a plate by my birthday (mid September) (current PR: 110lbs ~50kg))
+ Run/walk a mile in under 10 minutes (current PR: 11 mins 02 seconds)
+ Long Term Goal: Run 5k in under half an hour

    Things I did:

    + Knocked 9 seconds off of my mile run by switching from .1 miles walk, .2 run, to .1 walk, .3 run. I ran a little slower since it was for a longer distance, so hopefully I have some room to improve.
    + OHP 60lbs x2! A guy in the squat rack next to me asked me if I was going to use the 45lbs on my rack. No sir, I am definitely not, but thank you for suggesting I might!
    + Pretty sure I did my first real chin up. I have to jump to reach the bar, but if I stand on a box I start too high for it to be a full range of motion. This time I jumped and did it! Tiny bit of kipping.
    + Lowered my squat weight to 85 lbs and did 4 sets of 10, followed by some front squats with just the bar. Despite doing over 50 squats that day, my knee held up! and then my legs felt like they'd been run over for the next few days.
    + Then yesterday I did 4x10 at 90lbs!
    + My 10% fat greek yoghurt tastes like cream cheese. OK, that's not something I did, but I think it's important. I don't think I like my yoghurt tasting like cream cheese.

    Things I hope to work on this week:

    + 4x10 at 95! I always feel a little better when I get to use the 25s. Just a few weeks ago 5x5 at 95lbs seemed incredibly difficult, so if I get 4x10 it's going to be a pretty clear sign of progress for me.
