Current goals: 

+ Squat a plate by my birthday (mid September) (current PR: 120lbs ~54.4kg)
+ Run/walk a mile in under 10 minutes (current PR: 10 mins 52 seconds)
+ Long Term Goal: Run 5k in under half an hour

    Things I did:

    + Did some incline barbell press for the first time.
    + Got one front squat at 95 lbs. Front squatting is a terrible, terrible exercise. I don't know why I do it. Because it's good for me, that's why, because it forces me to focus on my balance and pushing through my heels.
    + Starting doing lunges and Bulgarian split squats (which I always call "squit squats" by mistake) after normal squats.
    + Benched my max 75lbs for 4 reps, up from 2 - so that's a new PR!!
    + Got a second hand pair of Converse All Stars to try lifting in flat soled shoes. They're a bit big for me (when I wear men's I wear 6 or 6.5s, these are 7s) but I think I can lace them up tightly enough. I also picked up a new-to-me gym bag.

    Things I hope to work on this week:

    + Continue 5-3-1-ing my squats.
    + So far my squat PR is 5 lbs away from my body weight, which would be pretty cool to hit a single of!
    + Increase volume of OHP, it's stalled for a long time.
    + Work on Chin Ups
